The French establishment opens new outlet in the business district

Since it first opened in 2014, Dalloyau, the only maison de gastronomie to serve the Palace of Versailles royal court since 1682, has been an ambassador for classic delicacies made from authentic, closely guarded French recipes for food-savvy locals and travellers. This summer Dalloyau, opens a new bistro at Central’s Entertainment Building. Following the success of its first Parisian bistro at Pacific Place, the new Central outpost unveils a more refined and vibrant menu that celebrates quality French living and culinary culture through a selection of classic comfort delights, dairy-free alternatives and French specialities in sharing portions, such as the salmon Coulibiac and the Paul Bocuse-inspired hen in a pouch; as well as desserts that emphasise natural quality with minimal reliance on sugar. Dalloyau also offers pastries, made-to-order sandwiches, and afternoon tea set complete with premium coffee.
