A new mixology collection designed specially for the cool season aims to bring warmth and comfort throughout the holidays

Located within The Pottinger Hong Kong, Gradini delivers time-honoured Italian flavours at the restaurant, while the bar continues to bring inventive cocktails to the table. From now until January 2016, the latter is bringing a new collection of winter cocktails, four for each month, for guests to enjoy the festive season with a touch of warmth and comfort.

Adopting elements from the holiday season, the mixology team at Gradini Bar have taken inspiration from winter staples such as hot chocolate, Christmas eggnog, and warming apple cider to create eight new cocktails available throughout the next two months. December will be running on a fruity theme with cocktails including:

- Marsh pudding (hot-chocolate inspired hot cocktail with orange infused vanilla vodka and Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur, topped with chocolate and caramel syrup)
- Mulled Gradini (the restaurant’s recipe of mulled wine, infused with citrus fruits, mixed spices, bay leaf and vanilla)
- Raspchoco (a refreshing concoction featuring raspberry, cranberry and pineapple juice with raspberry vodka and chocolate)
- Whiskey cider (apple cider flavoured with peach schnapps and Jack Daniel’s honey)

The selection of cocktails served until January 31 2016 will be richer and creamier, with the bar and restaurant’s own eggnog recipe fused into the new creations, such as the Gradini eggnog cocktail and white milky truffles, both available hot or cold.
