One of the world’s 50 best bars from the Big Apple sets to present new cocktail classics in Hong Kong this September

After the success of Blue Bar’s Dead Rabbit and Fang Fang’s Native Bar pop-ups, New York City’s Death & Co.—one of 2017’s World’s 50 Best Bars—is the latest to announce its stage in Hong Kong this September at the Ritz Carlton’s Ozone bar.

From September 19 to 23, guests can look forward to the new classic cocktails created and prepared by the famous speakeasy’s team of mixologists, led by Tyson Buhler, winner of the World Class American Bartender of the Year 2015. The five-day event will be a collaboration between Ozone and Diageo Reserve World Class. Buhler and his team are presenting revamped classic cocktails with resident chef de cuisine Rafael Gil. Exciting cocktail varieties include:

-  Martini (Ketel One vodka, sherry, and an olive and bay leaf tincture)
-  Collins (Tanqueray No. Ten gin, cane syrup, eucalyptus extract, seltzer water)
-  Fix (Don Julio Reposado tequila, lime, vanilla syrup, mango puree, salt, and edible flowers)
- Sour (fruit-infused Bulleit rye whiskey, notes of lemon, grapefruits, and raspberries)

Creative cocktails will be paired with new bar bites such as Gil’s ozone-dog, wagyu BLT-ozone, and rustic fries. Cocktails and bites are available at 6 pm onwards at the Death & Co. Pop-Up event.
