Conrad Hong Kong has brought award-winning chef Luca De Berardinis on board as Nicholini’s new specialty chef, bringing with him genuine Italian flavour presented in the restaurant’s brand new menu.

The newly devised à la carte menu at Nicholini’s showcases chef Luca De Berardinis’ flair, as well as the finest ingredients from Italy. His exceptional creations tailored for Nicholini’s include spaghettoni with garlic, olive oil, scampi and cocoa nibs; and Mediterranean tuna in a potato crust.
