The Italian restaurant at Conrad Hong Kong unveil’s the season’s freshest harvest featured in new creations by chef Riccardo Catarsi

Celebrating the peak of the spring harvest, Nicholini’s of Conrad Hong Kong is unveiling a new collection of dishes featuring the season’s best white asparagus. Created and crafted by the restaurant’s Riccardo Catarsi, the new Italian dishes include Culatello di Zibello with white asparagus and Hollandaise sauce; and white asparagus risotto with Taleggio cheese and crispy guanciale, among others. Catarsi’s creations are available as a la carte items as well as featured in the restaurant’s four-course tasting dinner menu, priced starting from HK$1,088 per person, available from now until May 31, 2020.
