The Italian chef presents a traditional taste of Veneto this season

This autumn, Cucina of Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel is celebrating an authentic taste of Italy’s Veneto region, with guest chef Nicola Dinota presenting traditional flavours from Vicenza. Dinota’s showcase will feature his signature dishes such as mashed salted cod with potato gratin, oregano and anchovy, warm spaghetti with oyster, wild herbs and citrus, duck breast, sour pumpkin, and roasted baby onions, as well as grilled beef tenderloin with potatoes, porcini puree, Marsala wine, truffle and liver sauce.
