Taking it back to the age of deep funk and soul, Blue will be welcoming the one and only, fabulous Madame Mincemeat to host a vivacious disco like never before. As one of Hong Kong’s most captivating drag queens, Madame will entertain guests throughout the final meal of 2017.

Guests can choose from two packages: an early dinner package from 6:00pm-8:00pm with a set menu that includes dishes such as slow-braised beef cheek ravioli and a 28oz Australian T-bone steak amongst others. For those who want to join Blue for a live countdown, a late dining package and free-flow option is available from 9:00pm-midnight, accompanied by a taste of Madame Mincemeat’s performance specialties as she helps round up 2017 with sass, attitude and style. 

A vegetarian menu is also available for HK$600, whereas the regular menu is priced at HK$650. The first seating includes a glass of complimentary Perrier-Jouet champagne; while guests can top HK$350 for the free-flow package during the second seating.
