This September and October, SkyCity Marriott Hotel’s Cantonese restaurant Man Ho will reminisce the 1960s and 1970s with classic dim sum offerings that include:

- Deep-fried preserved egg puffs

- Steamed rice flour rolls with pork liver

- Steamed bean curd sheet rolls with duck feet and Chinese yam

These classic dim sum dishes will be available with the HK$178 weekday dim sum lunch buffet menu or on the a la carte menu from HK$48 per dish.
