Olympian City’s Modern Shanghai Presents Chef’s Recommendation Dishes

Spring is a season for bamboo shoots. The unique texture and freshness inspires the chefs of Modern Shanghai in a variety of new dishes. Notable creations include braised winter melon with dried and fresh bamboo shoots; stewed beef brisket with pickled cabbage and bamboo shoots; and braised pork with preserved vegetables and bamboo shoots. Other new signature dishes for the season include tofu sheet with fresh mushrooms; braised cuttlefish and loofah in shrimp bisque; dry-braised prawns served with crispy rice crackers; braised fish head with pork ribs; and braised marble goby and glutinous rice cakes in chicken consommé. The new Shanghainese signature dishes are available at Modern Shanghai (Olympian City) from now until April 30,2020.
