On September 1, Chan will work with Fores to create a multi-course dinner celebrating our city’s seasonal native produce. The special 10-course sharing menu is priced at HK$680, inclusive of beverages including infusions, sangrias, and spritzers infused with fruits and herbs. 10% of the proceeds from the one-night exclusive dinner event will support AGREA Agricultural Communities International Foundation Inc based in the Philippines, a charity programme supporting local farming and agriculture through providing training and tools for local communities.

Then, on September 23, Chan will bring her Collective’s Table to Manila, joining hands with chef Nicco Santos of Hey Handsome for a Peranakan-themed dinner celebrating the unity of food cultures. Ingredients from this exclusive dinner are harvested from local AGREA farms and communities. Reservations are strongly advised for this dinner abroad at +632 946-3815.
