Swiss classics now available at the highest bar in the world

Ozone at the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong is expanding their a la carte menu to present more than just cocktails and Japanese treats. The world’s highest bar is offering an array of Swiss dishes, including fondues with Swiss wines to pair.

The kitchen team at Ozone is working closely with Pierre Perusset, the hotel’s general manager and native Swiss, to include an authentic taste of Switzerland with Swiss wines to match the offerings.

Start with the Swiss platter (HK$280 for 2) featuring an array of cold cut and cheeses, served with bread and assorted condiments. The Cheese fondue tree (HK$1,180 for two, HK$1,580 for up to four) features traditional molten cheese made with a combination of Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois cheeses. Each cheese fondue comes with Swiss wine pairing as well. The Chocolate fondue tree (HK$980 for two, HK$1,280 for up to four) is crafted with Swiss chocolate, with a platter of fresh fruits, marshmallows and vanilla sponge cakes to dipping into the sweet molten chocolate. Wine pairing is also included.
