Paper Moon Focus

Celebrated for its range of Italian fare and a spectacular view of the Victoria Harbour, Paper Moon is launching a new lunch set, showcasing its range of appetisers, pasta, pizzas and main courses. Made-to-order in the 1400 kg Ambrogi pizza oven imported from Italy, Paper Moon’s esteemed pizzas are regarded as the piece de resistance at the Tsim Sha Tsui Italian establishment. The restaurant will also showcase a wide array of signatures in its new three-course lunch, including homemade fettuccine with classic Bolognese ragout, grilled Black Angus skirt steak with arugula salad and vermouth jus.
