Petrus Welcomes Stephanie Le Quellec As Guest Chef This June

This June, Petrus welcomes French celebrity chef Stephanie Le Quellec, formerly of La Scene at the Prince de Galles. The winner of the second season of France’s Top Chef television programme is set to prepare her creations throughout lunch and dinner, as well as putting on a rare one-night exclusive four-hands dinner with the French restaurant’s resident chef Ricardo Chaneton. Le Quellec’s three-course lunch menu is priced at HK$880 per person and four courses at HK$980 per person, both available from June 3 to 6. The six-course dinner menu is priced at HK$1,880 per person, and seven-course option at HK$1,980 per person, both dinner menus available between June 3 and 5. On the evening of June 6, guests can indulge in the four-hands collaboration between Le Quellec and Chaneton where the menu is priced at HK$1,880 per person.
In addition to offering a taste of Le Quellec’s celebrated cuisine, Petrus’ master sommelier Yohann Jousselin is hosting three consecutive nights of fine wine showcase, where his selections will be paired with Le Quellec’s creative dishes. Each night’s food and wine showcases are exclusive to serving 10 guests only. Jousselin’s Burgundy showcase featuring Domaine de le Romanee-Conti with vintages ranging from 1971 to 2012 is available on June 4, priced at HK$13,500 per guest. The master sommelier curated rare vintages from Krug, Dom Perignon, Bollinger and other champagne houses on June 5, for a Champagne region showcase priced at HK$9,888 per guest. On the final night, a Bordeaux celebration featuring a vertical wine tasting evening of Chateau Cheval Blanc is available at HK$28,888 per guest.
