Get ready to meet Chele Gonzalez, the chef behind one of Philippine’s Top 20 Best Restaurants, as he presents a two-night event of modern cuisine with Haku’s Agustin Balbi

This February, get ready to experience a crossover from two of the region’s Top 20 Best Restaurants as voted by the T.Dining teams in Hong Kong and the Philippines. Haku, one of T.Dining Hong Kong’s Top 20 Best Restaurants 2018, is hosting a new collaboration dinner event with Philippines’ esteemed Gallery Vask, which was recently crowned one of the Top 20 Best Restaurants 2018 in the Philippines. Together, the two fine dining establishments will bring their respective contemporary cuisines together for two nights of innovative dining.

On February 23 and 24, Agustin Balbi of Haku will bring his seasons-driven cuisine in a crossover dinner with Chele Gonzalez. Gonzalez was also given the Best New Restaurant 2018 award during the T.Dining Best Restaurants awards night in Manila for his new opening, Enye by Chele Gonzalez. He is known for his anthropological take on Filipino cuisine, celebrating the country’s rich history, culture, and culinary traditions.

The multi-course Gallery Vask x Haku collaboration menu is available during dinner service and is priced at HK$1,980 per person.
