Unwind at The Murray’s rooftop restaurant over unlimited bubbles and a panoramic city view

Newly launched this summer, the new Popinjays brunch features a five-course set menu where guests can unwind over midday delights paired with unlimited refills of NV ‘R’ de Ruinart Brut champagne. Guests can begin the brunch experience with a seafood platter with freshly shucked oysters, lobster, king crab and scallop; followed by an egg course with a choice between the restaurant’s signature 65-degree slow-cooked farm egg and creamy scrambled farm egg. After the crab bisque as a soup course, guests can select their main course of choice ranging from wild mushroom risotto to Black Market beef tenderloin, complete with an assortment of fine French pastries and praline chocolates. For an additional HK$100 per person, guests can opt for the classic crepes Suzette prepared tableside. Th elegant Popinjays five-course brunch menu, including a free flow of NV “R” de Ruinart Brut champagne is priced at HK$988 per person.
