This spring, Popinjays, the rooftop bar and restaurant at The Murray, is collaborating with renowned sculptor Richard X. Zawitz in a rare crossover, as the restaurant presents Infini-Tea, an exclusive afternoon tea set inspired by the artist’s Infinity sculpture collection. The new tea set takes inspiration from a number of Zawitz’s iconic sculpture in the collection, such as Alien DNA- Red Bump Series X-1; Alpha Infinity Seat sculpture; and Infinity X482, all will be on display at the restaurant from now until June 20, 2020.  
 
The afternoon tea set will feature Popinjay’s special treats such asa s foie gras confit with brioche toast; mango and coconut cake flavoured with Grand Marnier; and dulcey chocolate cake with sea salt caramel. Guests ordering the exclusive afternoon tea set will also receive a set of Tangle Plaything, Zawitz’s miniature art work as souvenir during the collaboration. The limited -edition afternoon tea is priced at HK$640 for two persons.
