The refreshed menu revisits steakhouse classics and modern seafood dishes

Indulge in an impeccable dining experience at Porterhouse where a decadent three-course set lunch takes center stage. Benefitting from high ceilings, Porterhouse is decorated with a geometric gold, marble and mirrored art installation that reflects and refracts light, there is plenty of space in the restaurant. The restaurant showcases its latest spring lunch menu in a classic and elegant setting created by executive chef Angelo Vecchio. Highlight dishes include bone marrow with beef rillette and caviar, Irish Heritage oyster with raspberry foam, fresh tagliatelle with sea urchin, bottarga and micro tomatoes and wagyu beef cheek with purée and parsley oil.
