Regarded as the “world’s best beef”, the unique Spanish meat exclusively debuts at the InterContinental Hong Kong this September

In its continued quest for the world’s best beef, InterContinental Hong Kong’s culinary team sources exclusive specialty beef from artisanal farms around the world, each showcased bi-monthly at its popular The Steak House Winebar and Grill. This September, the popular steakhouse is launching its latest discovery: Spain’s El Capricho by José Gordón. The El Capricho beef is harvested from the village of Jimenez de Jamuz, where the cows are carefully bred, harvested, and aged, yielding optimum marbling of fat and premium quality of the meat.

The steakhouse’s executive chef Maxime Luvara travelled to source the carefully selected breed of beef from José Gordón, the farm’s owner. From September 3 to October 31, guests can indulge in the acclaimed beef in selected cuts that are dry-aged for 70 days and grilled over charcoal.
