Black Sheep Restaurants’ Rajasthan Rifles Opens At The Peak
After opening Taqueria Super Macho on Bridges Street last month, Black Sheep Restaurants’ latest opening is Rajasthan Rifles, an Anglo-Indian establishment at The Peak. Inspired by traditional mess halls where army officers meet over food, drinks, and card games, the new colonial-inspired establishment is recreating simple classics with premium ingredients.
The group’s first restaurant at The Peak presents an all-day dining menu designed and crafted by a team of chefs led by Palash Mitra of New Punjab Club. The new restaurant is serving up signature offerings such as Rajasthan Rifles club sandwich, goat seekh kebab, and warming curries such as butter chicken and dal Rifleswala, served throughout the day within the quarters embellished with dark timber and brick, as guests take comfort in tables set with banquette seating, rattan, and milk lights.
While Rajasthan Rifles accepts limited reservations during dinner intervals, guests residing around the perimeters of The Peak will be invited to join the restaurant’s exclusive members’ club where reservations are eligible throughout the day. Rajasthan Rifles opens Tuesdays to Sundays for both lunch and dinner services.
