The French seafood establishment showcases Brittany’s beloved crustaceans as executive chef Stephane Gortina presents a playful display of cooking styles with daring pairings of farm and sea

With shell resembling armour and flesh of superior finesse, Brittany’s blue lobsters are at their best during the summer. This summer, Stephane Gortina, executive chef of Rech by Alain Ducasse is presenting a two-month exclusive ‘Crazy Blue Lobster Menu’ at Tsim Sha Tsui’s popular seafood establishment.

From now until August 31, guests can indulge in a selection of succulent lobster courses such as lobster soufflé for two, featuring chopped lobster and sauce made with lobster head. A lobster salad with green and purple basil, tomatoes from Provence, pesto and lemon condiment, Rech’s surf & turf with blue lobster tail and claw paired with Black Onyx beef from Ranger Valley, Australia, paired with sauces and potato soufflé, and ‘Rech n Roll’, the restaurant’s version of lobster roll made with homemade hot dog roll filled with Brittany lobster, condiments, baby gem lettuce and spiced mangoes.

The new Brittany lobster menu is available at Rech during both lunch and dinner service.
