The French establishment is set to showcase three days of Provencale cuisine

Celebrating the vibrant cuisine of Provence, Rech by Alain Ducasse at the InterContinental Hong Kong is inviting Frederic Garnier, esteemed chef from Ducasse’s La Bastride de Moustiers in the Alpes de Haute Provence, for three exclusive nights of gala dinners. From November 6 to 8, guests can indulge in Garnier’s unique Provencale take on Rech’s seafood concept through a unique five or six course menu, featuring signature dishes made with the Mediterranean’s best gamberoni, Banon goat cheese and regional olive oil.

The five-course seafood menu is priced at HK$1,188 per person, and six-course menu is priced at HK$1,588 per person.
