The new “Rush to Rech” menu offers contemporary French cuisine designed by executive chef Stephane Gortina, available early evening or late night

Rech by Alain Ducasse at InterContinental Hong Kong is presenting a new menu for seafood lovers. The French restaurant is launching a new ‘Rush to Rech’ menu for early bookings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (last order at 6:45 pm), and late supper from 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Guests can enjoy the best and freshest of seasonal catches, prepared in ways of contemporary French cuisine by resident executive chef Stephane Gortina. The new three-course ‘Rush to Rech’ menu is priced at HK$450 per person.
