Kerry Hotel’s cocktail bar offers new bold tipples with a story behind each of the creations

This summer, Red Sugar, Kerry Hotel’s popular bar, launches a new cocktail menu. Titled ‘Our Little Time’ , the new creative menu showcases a collection of concoctions inspired by eight significant industries between 1960s to 1980s of the post-war eras of Hong Kong. The new selection of 11 Hong Kong-inspired cocktails also include entertaining elements. Highlights in the new cocktail menu include A Golden Age, a peppery revamp of the classic Bee’s Knees; Eau De Red Sugar, inspired by Hong Kong’s own Two Girls’ perfume adding aromatics such as roses, orange, and lemon in a gin and chartreuse-based cocktail; and Young At Heart, prepared with strawberry belt candy served in a figure cup. The new cocktails are available from now until March 2021.
