Embrace the hot summery weather with refreshments crafted by seasoned mixologists

As autumn is set to arrive, the days are getting shorter and there is room to celebrate the remaining summer season with fresh cocktails at VEA Lounge. Created and crafted by executive mixologist Antonio Lai and assistant bar manager Derek Tsui, guests at VEA Lounge can embrace the last of the hottest season with new creations such as Dusk To Dawn, a London dry gin-based cocktail with yellow chartreuse, goji berry liqueur, redistilled oolong tea and aromatics such as jasmine, elderflower, and ginger, blended and served with cold-brewed butterfly pea infusion from a coffee siphon. Lai’s ‘Blue Cheese and Wine’ is prepared with blue cheese fat-washed vodka, concentrated red grape, pecans and lemon, mimicking the elements from a classic cheese platter. Guests can also sample the new Martini 3 Ways, where the classic cocktail are presented in three variations: Chrysanthemum, Vesper, and VEA Dirty Martini, each served in tasting portions.
