Tsim Sha Tsui’s European establishment presents seasonal white asparagus delicacies

This summer, Hugo’s at Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui is presenting delightful spring delicacies featuring the season’s best white asparagus. From now until end of June, guests can indulge in the harvest of fresh spears in appetisers such as lobster and white asparagus salad with radish, romaine salad, strawberry, wild garlic pesto and grapeseed oil, or modern classics such as poached German white asparagus with roasted organic French guinea fowl, morels, pearl onions, green asparagus, ratte potatoes and Hollandaise sauce, among many seasonal delights.
