Executive chef Nathan Green is launching a new menu to celebrate the harvest of the beloved tuber

To celebrate the harvest of Australian black truffle, Rhoda is launching an all-new black truffle menu this month, showcasing the establishment’s executive chef Nathan Green’s signature live-fire cooking methods in preparing seasonal produce and meats, paired with helpings of black truffles. The seven-course menu showcases the restaurant’s signature dishes including chopped Irish black Angus beef with parmesan and pickled walnuts, Italian asparagus with Agria potato puree, Irish black Angus tenderloin with cauliflower, yeast, and young broccoli, and Rhoda’s truffle and vanilla cheesecake with seasonal fruit as dessert. The special truffle menu is priced at HK$1,498 per person, with matching wine flights starting at an additional HK$348 per guest.
