This Chinese New Year, Dynasty at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel is launching a range of auspicious treats to welcome the Year of the Pig. From January 21 to February 3, guests can indulge in the savoury turnip cake and Chinese New Year pudding, both of which are handcrafted by Dynasty’s experienced chef team. The puddings are priced at HK$218 per box. In celebration of the new year, the Cantonese establishment is launching a deluxe poon choi menu featuring premium auspicious ingredients such as whole abalone, fish maw, whole dried scallops, sea cucumber and more. The new festive poon choi is available from January 28 to February 19, priced at HK$728 per person with a minimum order of four persons. The season exclusive poon choi is also available as part of the opulent eight-poon choi menu, available from January 28 to February 19, and priced at HK$1,288 per person with a minimum of four persons.
