Café 103 is set to reinterpret oriental glamour in edible tea delights

Celebrated for its unique craftsmanship and interpretation of oriental glamour, renowned jeweler Qeelin fuses Western artistry with an Eastern touch through its signature Wulu Collection. From September 1 to October 31, Café 103 at the Ritz-Carlton will be inspired by the collection of prized jewels to present a limited-edition afternoon tea set.

Inspired by Asian culture, its traditions, symbolic values and playful spirit, Qeelin’s Wulu collection has earned raves with homage to the Chinese icon of blessings and positive energy. The hotel is creating a brand new limited edition afternoon tea set, where signature sweet and savoury treats are displayed on a bespoke gourd-shaped tiered set, shaped similar to the brand’s signature jewellery pieces.

Guests can anticipate specially crafted morsels at this afternoon tea set, including:

-  Squid ink burger with pork rillettes and pistachio
-  Flaxseed croissant with black truffle egg salad
-  Chestnut matcha choux pastry
-  Mango ginger tarte
- Raspberry chocolate mille-feuille

The limited edition afternoon tea is also accompanied with homemade scones with clotted cream and homemade jam. The Qeelin afternoon tea is available from September 1 to October 31, daily from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The tea is priced at HK$388 for one and HK$638 for two from Monday to Friday, and HK$408 for one and HK$658 for two for weekends and public holidays.
