The Japanese restaurant at Harbour Grand Kowloon presents a new seasonal menu featuring the beloved meat from Japan

Celebrated for its beautiful marbling that contributes to its unparallel richness in flavor, Okinawa’s agu are pigs that originate from Japan’s beloved region. This month, the Robatayaki of Harbour Grand Kowloon is launching a promotion to satisfy the discerning palates of pork lovers. From March 1 to April 30, guests can sample different cuts of the special pork, including shoulder, loin, and belly, each prepared on open grills by experienced chefs. The exclusive Okinawa pork menu is available from throughout the months of March and April 2019.
