The contemporary Japanese restaurant highlights the season’s best in a series of new signature dishes

Celebrating the best harvest from Japan, contemporary Japanese establishment Ryota Kappou Modern is presenting its latest seasonal menu this month featuring the restaurant’s new ‘bowl of wonders’. Designed and crafted by Ryota Kanesawa, the new signature dish showcases premium quality ocean harvests in a bowl, namely Hokkaido sea urchin, seasoned omi wagyu and caviar ika, the harvest that highlights the freshness of spring flavours.
