Dynasty's new executive chef Suen Kam Sing will indulge guests with new Cantonese delights and a range of irresistible hairy crab delicacies.

Hairy crab tastes the best in autumn, and with this in mind Dynasty restaurant and its new executive chef Suen Kam Sing will indulge guests with new Cantonese delights and a range of irresistible hairy crab delicacies.

With about 30 years of culinary experience, chef Suen has worked for various award-winning and Michelin-starred restaurants. He believes a lot of hard work and practice is needed for a chef to build a solid foundation recreating his own style of Cantonese cuisine. His new creations include deep-fried cashews and shredded taros and deep-fried fresh king prawn in homemade sauce served with deep-fried bun

From now to 30 November, hairy crabs will arrive at Dynasty with a six-course Hairy Crab Set Menu, including the traditional steamed whole hairy crab (6.5 taels). The Hairy Crab Set Menu is priced at HK$ 1,180 per person (for a mininum of two persons).

The a la carte menu offers seven hairy crab dishes. Scrambled egg white with hairy crab roe is a new signature highlight crafted by chef Suen for those who enjoy mild flavours and fluffy textures with the fresh hairy crab meat and hairy crab roe.
