The first restaurant by one of Russia’s biggest food and beverage groups will be helmed by the former head chef of J Sheekey in London

We love a good seafood restaurant, especially one where guests can pick the best and freshest specimens from a selection for fine execution by experienced chefs. So it’s exciting dining_news that Russia’s food and beverage giant Bulldozer Group is set to open Seafood Room this April, which will be helmed by James Cornwall, previously the head chef of iconic seafood restaurant J Sheekey in London.

Set on the 26th floor of a new skyscraper in Causeway Bay, Seafood Room is the Russian F&B group’s first restaurant in Hong Kong. Among their portfolio of restaurants, spanning from Moscow to Dubai, include Movida and Cipriani. Hong Kong’s opening will present guests  with an 8,000 square-foot  main dining room, complete with a 2,000 square-foot rooftop lounge with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour.
