Savour Europe’s finest in a series of innovative dishes this summer

This summer, Lobster Bar and Grill at the Island Shangri-La Hong Kong is launching a unique seasonal menu featuring premium quality white asparagus from Europe. Chef Kenny Chan is set to present the season-driven menu at Lobster Bar highlighting dishes such as orange-scented white asparagus with king salmon mi-cuit, mache lettuce and bergamot crème fraiche; white asparagus gratin, Praga smoked ham, baby romaine salad and aged Parmesan sauce, as well as English Channel turbot meuniere, poached white asparagus with yuzu sabayon and herbs glazed potatoes and slow-cooked milk-fed Dutch veal tenderloin with glazed white asparagus, green peas and morel sauce for mains. The white asparagus menu is available now until June 30.
