The French establishment’s executive chef Olivier Elzer presents colourful treats inspired by seasonal forest fruits

Inspired by the abundance of forest fruits at the peak of summer, Olivier Elzer, executive chef of Seasons is launching a new exclusive afternoon tea set. The new limited edition tea set is themed around fresh fruits, presented in forms of savoury and sweet morsels in the afternoon tea at the French establishment. 
 
The new afternoon tea showcases a rich selection of savoury items, arranged on a three-tiered tea stand. Guests can anticipate on new fruity creations such as tamarillo gazpacho and basil emulsion, lobster and mayonnaise slices with summer truffle, and ricotta and shrimp cannelloni. Sweets are presented picnic style in Seasons’ signature wooden box, with specially designed desserts such as iced pineapple popsicles, watermelon and strawberry macaron, mango tartelette, and iced tea jelly, as well as the establishment’s traditional plain and raisin scones served with homemade jams and clotted cream.  
 
The new Season’s summer afternoon tea set is priced at HK$268 per person and HK$518 for two, available from 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm on weekdays and 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm on weekends and public holidays.
