Executive chef Olivier Elzer is set to present a champagne pairing menu this month

March is not only the perfect time for art appreciation, but also the ideal occasion to welcome a new season, as spring brings a new wave of fresh produce to the table. Contemporary French restaurant Seasons is launching a new special menu offering flavours from the land and sea, paired exclusively with Laurent-Perrier champagne.

 from now until the end of the month, Seasons’ executive chef Olivier Elzer is presenting a special set menu themed around ‘Ser & Mer’ (land and sea), showcasing the best of fresh produce and the vibrant range of terroirs they originate from. Guests can indulge in signature courses such as:

- Lobster and pig trotters with dill gelee and mustard seasoning
- La Lune oyster and bacon with onion and smoked milk emulsion
- Roasted veal loin with langoustine, first green asparagus 
- Coconut mousse in white chocolate sphere with strawberry and basil sorbet

The limited-edition special menu is available in a four-course format at HK$888 per person as well as HK$1,288 for six courses. Guests can enjoy a pairing of Laurent-Perrier rose champagne at HK$298 per glass and HK$1,480 per bottle.
