The innovative chef is presenting his take on contemporary European cuisine for three nights, including a one-night-only exclusive four-hand dinner with chef Edward Voon

Celebrated for his bold personality and imaginative dishes, Sergio Herman is heading to Hong Kong for a three-night culinary showcase at Le Pan. From May 29 to 31, the esteemed chef will present his signature modern European fare through a five-course lunch menu, as well as an eight-course dinner menu (on May 29 and 30), followed by a four-hand collaboration with Le Pan’s own Edward Voon on the evening of May 31. Together the two chefs will prepare a one-night-exclusive eight-course wine pairing dinner.

The chef duo is set to design their collaboration around a seafood-themed menu, showcasing Herman’s sea urchin toast with seaweed and almond, and hamachi with Zeeland eel, while Voon presents oysters, crustacean jelly, and Buddha’s hand citron, as well as lobster, abalone, and yuzu.

The five-course lunch menu is priced at HK$1,080 per person, with an additional HK$880 for a four-glass wine pairing option, served from May 29 and 31. Sergio Herman’s solo eight-course dinner menu is priced at HK$2,480 per person, with an additional HK$1,600 for a seven-glass wine pairing option available on May 29 and 30. The four-hand collaboration dinner menu is served on May 31. The menu includes wine pairing and is priced at HK$3,880 per person.
