Three hotel properties to host 11 events in the five-day wine celebration
This November, Shangri-La Hotels will launch a five-day wine event across three of their hotel properties across Hong Kong, realised by the hotel’s master sommelier Yohann Jousselin. The hotel group will host 11 wine-themed events throughout the hotels, which includes a wine fair, tasting, and wine dinners at the hotels’ more exclusive restaurants at Island Shangri-La, Kowloon Shangri-La, and Kerry Hotel.
From 24 to 28 November, wine lovers and aficionados will sample up to 220 prized labels of premium wines and champagnes sourced from around the world at the hotel group’s Festival of Wine event. The five-day event kicks off with the sixth edition of Petrus’ iconic annual wine dinner on 24 November. The exclusive celebration—a Petrus tradition—will highlight an extensive selection of rare vintages, including Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion, Pessac Leognan 1959; Chateau d’Yquem Sauternes, 1955; and Madeira, Pereira d’Oliviera, Boal, 1908. The rare wine flight will be accompanied by a bespoke dinner menu designed and crafted by the restaurant’s executive chef Uwe Opocensky. The wine dinner is priced at HK$34,888 per person, with limited availability for 10 guests.

Ticketing for wine fair is priced at HK$280 per person and can be purchased online.
