This summer, Sheraton Hong Kong is collaborating with French luxury crystal house Lalique in an afternoon tea crossover experience at Sky Lounge, where guests can savour the aromatic delights alongside the city’s most spectacular views of Victoria Harbour and stunning skyline. Inspired by the handcrafted bottle design and the fragrance notes of Mon Premier Cristal Collection, the culinary team at Sky Lounge has crafted an enticing range of floral- and fruit-inspired afternoon tea delights in French style.

Highlights of the exclusive tea set include pink bar with rhubarb and lemon; a refined white Mont Blanc with raspberry and lychee; peach tart; strawberry and lychee pink choux pastry; and pink Oreo cake. The tea set also offers savoury morsels such as foie gras with peach gel and coconut snow; lobster and beetroot sandwich; crabmeat tartlet with curry mayonnaise; and crispy-coated Ibérico ham croquette. An exclusive gift pack and shopping offer for the Mon Premier Cristal collection will be presented to patrons with purchase of the afternoon tea set, including samples of three fragrances: Sensuel, Lumière and Tendre. The afternoon tea set is priced at HK$338 per person, and is available from September 1 to October 31, 2018.
