Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant Welcomes Spring With Seasonal Delicacies

Shikigiku is launching a special menu as part of the restaurant’s warm welcome to the spring season. The establishment’s executive chef Masayuki Goto is introducing a new menu for four persons, showcasing the best dishes from the restaurant, including sashimi selections, sushi rolls, tempura, hot pot and teppanyaki. Menu highlights include seasonal Aichi squid tempura and Hokkaido scallops rolled with shiso leaves. The set menu is priced at HK$3,800 for four, complete with a complimentary bottle of Katsuyama En sake.
