Yamazato Focus
Indulge this January with Yamazato executive chef Akira Hayashi’s specially created multi-course Shinshun Kaiseki menu. The multi-course feast features delights such as simmered Shogoin radish and Kagoshima beef; rice with crab and salmon roe; seasonal winter fruits and chestnut yokan and matcha.
The Shinshun Kaiseki menu is priced at MOP1,580 per person.
