W Hong Kong’s executive Chinese chef Johnny Chan creates festive delicacies just in time for Lunar New Year

Celebrating the arrival of the Year of the Rooster, Sing Yin of W Hong Kong is featuring an array of exclusive dishes created by the hotel’s executive Chinese chef Johnny Chan, just in time to celebrate with friends and family.

Headlining the selection of auspicious dishes for the festive season is the Cantonese restaurant’s signature braised whole South Africa abalone with sea moss, dried oyster and seasonal vegetables, together with a luxurious double boiled superior broth with abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, conpoy, chicken, morel and black mushrooms, as well as duo of sautéed and crispy prawns with fresh vegetables.

From January 28 to February 11, Chef Chan’s Chinese New Year specialties are available as a la carte selections from HK$98 to $628. They are also available as part of an eight-course set dinner menu priced at HK$688 per person, or HK$5,980 for a table of six. A set lunch menu is available at HK$388 per person.
