In celebration of T’ang Court’s three Michelin star recognition for six consecutive years, the culinary team has put together an afternoon tea menu, which spotlights master chef Kwong’s signature dish – sautéed prawn and crab roe with golden-fried pork and crab meat puff. Priced at HK$988, the afternoon tea is available daily from 2pm to 4pm.
