Fish & Meat Focus

This New Year's Eve, Maximal Concepts' rustic eatery will be offering both a regular menu and a vegetarian menu for diners.  Some special dishes in the regular line-up include marinated raw Big Eye tuna and wagyu sirloin; whilst fresh Italian burrata and truffle casarecce are featured on the vegetarian menu. Two seatings are available, and is priced at HK$880 per person. The first seating includes a glass of complimentary Nicolas Feuillate Champagne, and guests can top HK$350 for a free-flow package in the second seating.
