From now until December 31, 2020, Aqua Group’s Hutong presents a unique Red Lantern Evenings, offering guests a selection of the establishment’s dim sum favourites, signature dishes and desserts to help beat cabin fever! The late-night menu, priced at HK$520 per person includes unlimited servings of Hutong’s freshly carved aromatic Peking duck, which takes over 24 hours to prepare using unique methods of temperature control and secret marinating techniques. Other menu highlights also include overflowing baskets of the signature red lantern crispy soft-shell crab with Sichuan dried chilli and Fried black truffle chicken with Yunnan mushrooms, all served alongside the stunning night-time skyline of Hong Kong Island.
