The Mediterranean master chefs are set to return to Conrad Hong Kong for a one-week French culinary showcase

This month, celebrated chef Stéphane Gaborieau is returning to Hong Kong for a week-long gourmet showcase, collaborating with Southern France’s Francis Chauveau and Conrad Hong Kong’s very own chef Daniel Lee in a six-hand dinner event. The week-long event celebrates the wonders of Mediterranean French cooking at Brasserie on the Eighth.

Winner of the coveted Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Gaborieau designs his promotional degustation menu with Chauveau, featuring the duo’s signature dishes that capture the essence of Cote d’Azur. The duo, together with chef Lee will present signature dishes such as pan-fried boneless Dover sole, and seared foie gras with espelette pepper paired with mango and sangria syrup. Other highlights from chef Chauveau include smoked salmon cake with king crab remoulade, Niçoise marinade and extra virgin olive oil, as well as his signature rack of lamb in Provençal style accompanied by Taggiasca olives and bell peppers.

The six-hand culinary showcase runs from now until May 20. The four-course degustation dinner menu is priced at HK$1,180 per person, and the six-course option is HK$1,488 per person, with Southern French wine pairing options available as well.
