Stockton, ranked 8th among Asia’s 50 Best Bars this year introduces a new array of food items for late night supper alongside a new collection of cocktails. The new food menu includes updated takes on some of Stockton’s signature dishes such as the duck Scotch eggs, roast beef sandwich, and beer-battered rock cod. New additions include buttermilk fried chicken burger served with jalapeño yoghurt, butter lettuce and dill pickle, cauliflower fritters with coriander and Vadouvan aioli. For a sweet ending, the new homemade carrot cake is made with fresh cream cheese, homemade cinnamon ice cream, and pecan nut cookies. The new sumptuous dishes are matched with the Minds Undone Series of 13 new cocktails inspired by esteemed poets and writers.
