With an abundant harvest of seafood throughout the summer season, Cafe on M is celebrating the vibrant array ranging from whole hamachi from Japan to freshly harvested halibut, salmon, mullet, garoupa and cod, to a variety of shellfish such as freshly-shucked oysters, prawns and crabs. The enticing seafood themed buffet begins with a diverse offerings at the sashimi and sushi station counter, notably including sashimi don with salmon roe, where jet-fresh sashimi such as salmon, scallops, shrimps are added, as well as an abundant addition salmon roe to top. Guests can enjoy a live-cutting demonstration of a whole fresh hamachi from Japan while enjoying prawn ceviche, Boston lobster salad, as well as freshly shucked oysters. Seafood takes centre stage at Cafe; on M's various live cooking stations, featuring notable courses such as Malaysian fish head curry;  Manhattan clam chowder, squid ink linguini with blue swimmer crab, chilli and coriander as well as a cheese chilli crab fondue fountain, where deep-fried crab meatballs are served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce presented fondue-style and served with steamed buns. Other seafood delights include regional favorites such as sambal stingray in banana leaf, Malabar fish curry and steamed marinated mullet in Thai style, as well as crispy cod fillet with remoulade sauce and wok-fried garoupa with XO sauce.
