The Cantonese restaurant at Hotel Icon highlights the season’s best produce including premium meats and seafood
This summer, Hotel Icon’s Above & Beyond launches a new selection of summer delicacies. From now until August 31, the Cantonese restaurant showcases the season’s best produce such as summer lychees, bitter melons and premium seafood and meats. Guests can indulge in refreshing dishes such as crispy prawns with lychees and sweet osmanthus; wok-fried Japanese Kagoshima pork belly with white bitter melon; and steamed winter melon with crab meat and roe. Above & Beyond’s summer specials are available from now until end of August 2020.
