The Ocean by Olivier Bellin and its rooftop Cabana are set to create memorable dining experience for Asia Miles Members

After organising a successful meet-and-greet event last month with Ashley Sutton, maverick designer of Tai Kwun Dragonfly, Asia Miles returns this November to present their members with an all-new dining experience on the Southside.

Located at Repulse Bay’s exclusive shopping arcade The Pulse, The Ocean by Olivier Bellin is home to a decadent elongated design space inspired by the deep blue sea. Overlooking the ebbs and flows of sea tides by the beach lies the home of authentic sea-inspired Breton cuisine carefully curated by the restaurant’s executive chef Bellin.

Above The Ocean is Cabana, the 10,000 square foot open-air rooftop space and luxury beach club overlooking the sandy beaches and calm waters of Repulse Bay. Equipped with Japanese baths, elegant private cabins and lounge beds for tranquil, sunbathing days, Cabana offers a private getaway space for friends to unwind and relax, especially over cocktails and aperitifs. This November, Asia Miles members are in for a treat, as the French restaurant and its rooftop beach club are presenting a new dining experience unlike any other.

On Saturday, November 17, for one night only, Asia Miles presents to its food and wine loving members an opportunity to unwind over aperitifs at Cabana, followed by an exclusive tasting dinner at The Ocean by Olivier Bellin, where guests can meet the master chef himself, followed by a kitchen tour, as well as a live dessert demonstration.

The unique food and wine experience is specially designed for food and wine lovers, and is priced at HK$1,500 for five-course degustation menu and HK$1,800 for eight-course degustation per person, prices inclusive of an apertif at Cabana from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm , followed by dinner and kitchen tour from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
