The steak and seafood restaurant at The Langham Hong Kong presents premium land and sea specialties this season

This winter, Bostonian Seafood & Grill of The Langham Hong Kong is presenting the ‘Surf N’ Turf’ menu with the freshest and seasonal specialities from land and sea. The menu transcends the classic seafood and steak pairings that offers over 20 combinations of delicacies. Guests can sample on a hearty feast of vibrant flavours such as a display of grilled steaks, including Australian wagyu strip loin; U.S. prime rib-eyel U.S. kurobuta pork chop; Australian grass-fed tenderloin or double-chopped New Zealand lamb rack, paired with a selection of sauces such as black peppercorn sauce, red wine bordelaise, chimichurri and lemon caper sauce.

The great selection of steaks and chops are followed by an abundant range of seafood such as scallops, jumbo prawns and Alaskan king crab legs. Guests can also indulge in a half-lobster for an additional HK$50  The new ‘Surf N’ Turf’ menu comes with unlimited refill sides of truffle fries and mixed salad. Guests can also enjoy the sommelier’s selection of house red or white wine for HK$88 per glass or HK$288 per bottle. The menu is priced from HK$388 per person, and available exclusively on evenings of Mondays and Tuesdays from December 30 to January 28.
